We've just shipped a significant platform update — one that reflects feedback from our partner network and enterprise customers over the past six months. Here's a detailed look at what's new.
Partner Dashboard Improvements
Our partners manage energy data for dozens to hundreds of customer sites simultaneously. The new partner dashboard redesign makes that job significantly easier.
**Fleet view** — A redesigned portfolio map shows all connected sites at a glance, with color-coded performance indicators that immediately surface sites requiring attention.
**Comparative benchmarking** — Partners can now compare energy performance across similar site types within their customer portfolio — identifying outliers and driving improvement conversations with customers.
**Automated reporting** — Partners can configure automated monthly energy reports that deliver directly to customer email addresses, reducing the manual reporting burden while increasing customer engagement.
Client Dashboard Enhancements
**Enhanced load profile visualization** — Customers can now overlay historical load profiles for any date range, making it straightforward to compare current performance against historical baselines.
**Tariff cost breakdown** — A new billing simulation module shows how current energy consumption translates into estimated electricity costs by cost component — energy charges, demand charges, taxes, and network charges.
**Equipment-level energy cards** — For customers with submeter deployments, individual equipment energy cards show consumption, cost, and performance trends at a glance.
Analytics Improvements
**Anomaly scoring** — Rather than binary alerts, the platform now assigns anomaly scores to deviations from expected patterns, enabling more nuanced alert prioritization.
**Extended forecasting horizon** — Demand forecasting now projects 72 hours ahead, enabling more proactive demand management.
We ship improvements continuously — and customer feedback drives our roadmap. If you have suggestions for what we should build next, we want to hear from you.
