The IoT catalogue is a curated database of more than 100 sensor families that EC.DATA has qualified for use with EC.Node gateways. Each entry includes specifications, protocol (Modbus, BACnet, M-Bus, LoRaWAN, Zigbee), wiring notes, typical install cost, and the EC.DATA dashboards and alerts that ship with it.
Categories include electrical metering, water, gas, thermal (BTU) metering, air quality (CO₂, VOC, PM2.5), temperature and humidity, occupancy (PIR and mmWave), door and window state, vibration, leak detection, and refrigerant gas monitoring. Where multiple vendors make comparable hardware, the catalogue notes the trade-offs so a designer can pick the right unit for the application.
The catalogue is the starting point for every Solution Design Studio session: pick the use-case, the catalogue proposes the sensor mix, the Studio generates the BOM, and EC.Node's commissioning script loads the pre-mapped registers on first boot.
