Compressed-air, pneumatic, and differential-pressure monitoring
Compressed air is sometimes called the "fourth utility" and in many industrial sites it accounts for 10–30% of electricity use — almost all of it lost to leaks, pressure-overshoot, and poorly sized compressors. Smart Pressure instruments the entire air loop: compressor output pressure and temperature, dryer dew point, receiver levels, main-header flow, and branch-line differential pressure.
Leak-quantification analytics isolate where air is being lost, in which shift, and at what cost per hour at the current electricity tariff. Pressure-overshoot alerts catch compressors running at 8 bar when the process needs 5.5 bar — a common source of 30%+ waste.
For differential-pressure applications beyond compressed air (clean-room cascades, fume-hood containment, filter fouling) the same sensor family, gateway, and dashboarding apply, so one investment covers multiple operational problems.
