Partner Program Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the EC.DATA Channel Partner Program and the relationship between EC.DATA and any company appointed as a Registered, Authorized, or Premier partner. They cover the rights and obligations attached to reseller agreements, commission and revenue-share arrangements, co-marketing activity, deal registration, white-label platform access, and the use of EC.DATA brand assets in partner-led sales motions.
The program operates in three tiers. Registered partners are introduced to EC.DATA, complete an onboarding briefing, and may resell the platform on standard terms with a baseline commission. Authorized partners have completed the EC.DATA Sales Academy and Delivery Academy, hold at least one certified delivery engineer on staff, and qualify for higher commissions plus deal registration protection. Premier partners have demonstrated sustained delivery capability across multiple customers, hold an exclusive territory or vertical commitment, and access white-label rights, joint pipeline planning, and senior engineering escalation channels.
Commission rates, payment terms, deal registration windows, territory definitions, training and certification requirements, intellectual property protections, customer-data confidentiality, and termination procedures are set out in the executed Partner Agreement that accompanies these terms. EC.DATA reserves the right to update the program terms with thirty days' written notice; partners will be presented with the revised terms before any change becomes binding on existing agreements.
This page is a public summary intended for prospective partners and search engines. The legally binding instrument is the executed Partner Agreement signed by both parties; in any conflict the Partner Agreement prevails. Prospective partners should request the current Partner Agreement from partners@ecdata.ai before relying on any of the summary above for commercial decisions.
