Hospitality energy management has two competing objectives: reduce consumption in unoccupied rooms without ever degrading the guest experience in occupied ones. The Hotels solution uses occupancy, door-state, and HVAC telemetry from EC.BMS to identify rooms that are paying energy for no one, automatically relaxing setpoints while leaving guest-facing controls untouched.

Kitchens, laundry, pool decks, and back-of-house loads are sub-metered through EC.EMS so the GM can see cost per occupied room in real time, not just at the monthly P&L close. Linen changes, laundry duty cycles, and kitchen exhaust all show up as operational KPIs next to revenue.
