Most commercial and industrial customers are not on their optimal utility tariff — because the optimal tariff depends on a load profile that only becomes visible once you have high-resolution interval data, and because utility rate books evolve faster than most procurement teams can track. The Tariff Analyzer closes that gap.
The tool ingests 12 months of 15-minute or 1-minute interval data and replays it through every published tariff in the customer's utility territory, producing a full "what-would-I-have-paid" comparison. Time-of-use arbitrage, demand-ratchet exposure, and power-factor-clause sensitivity are all accounted for in the simulation.
The output is defensible for a regulatory filing: every calculation is shown step-by-step against the published rate schedule, so a utility account rep cannot dismiss the analysis as a "black box".
